Research Interests

My interests include robotics, optimization theory and application, artificial intelligence and neural network. During the past five years, I have been mainly in charge of four robotics-related projects, one Chinese Natural Science Foundation project on safe massage robotic arms, three Chinese National 863 Program projects respectively concerning on rescuing and searching robot system jointly consisting of a larger carrier robot and a couple of smaller surveillance robots, throwing surveillance miniaturized robot, and humanoid rehabilitation robot for brain stroke.
